Rookies such as Devin Bush (LB, Michigan) and Diontae Johnson (WR, Toledo) received significant reps during the evening’s practice. Johnson left practice with a hip injury. His condition is to be determined in the coming days.

PITTSBURGH (GSM) — The Steelers announced Head Coach Mike Tomlin will stay around a while. At least for one more year.
Since 2007, Tomlin has been in his position. Prior to coming to the Steelers, he was a defensive coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings and defensive backs coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers under Hall of Fame coach Tony Dungy.

Tomlin’s record as head coach is 131–71–1 (.648) including the post-season with a 1-1 Super Bowl record. The Steelers won Super Bowl XLIII against the Arizona Cardinals 27-23 and were defeated by the Green Bay Packers in Super Bowl XLV 31-25.
PITTSBURGH (GSM) – Steelers’ wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster addressed the media Wednesday (June 12, 2019) about his relationship with former teammate Antonio Brown. Smith-Schuster said, “There are no hard feelings.” He also commented about how the Raiders are the featured team for HBO’s “Hard Knocks.”
